| Stay luxoriously in a almost new, privately owned ”Townhouse” at 1300 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, livingroom and kitchen. Walt Disney World and other attractions are all within a 15-20 minutes drive. Highway 192 with restaurants, shops and activities is within walking distance, still far enough not to disturb. Orlando airport is within a 20-30 minutes drive. |
The house is on two floors, is has 2 bedrooms, and bathroom at the second floor. Downfloors is the master-bedroom, bathroom with a hot tub, livingroom and kitchen. In all rooms, except kitchen and bathroom, there are soft floorcarpets, American style. The distance to nearest pool and playgroud is only about 10 yards. The house is fully equipped with 4 TV´s, DVD player, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washingmachine and dryer. 6 persons can stay comfortably - up to 8 persons using the extensible studio couch. |

Venetian Bay has 4 swimming pools, one of them heated. There is a spa, gym, volleyboll-field and playgrounds. The area is surveillanced round the clock. In the center of the area there is a small lake, with a romantic walkpath around. |
